Version 1.6.1 worked excellent on my iMac (OS X El Capitan 10.11.6). I was now installing version 1.7. Installation went without problems. The media browser starts correct and shows the music library. But when trying to play a song the same comment shows up as with version 1.6 "Flash version 10,1 is required ...". Starting the media browser from Safari I get "Unknown server error ...". When reinstalling version 1.6.1 - overwriting version 1.7 ?? - the system did not run anymore. What did I do wrong?

You have to use a browser which still supports Flash. Safari might have disabled it.
