This Post replaces viewtopic.php?f=5&t=22477 with a more accurate description of the problem.

After upgrading my network to higher speed:
7 out of 10 times my media devices do not find the Serviio server
2 out of 10 times they find Serviio but there is no list of media folders just a "\"
1 out of 10 times they find Serviio and can play audio, image, and video files
It sometimes works but rarely.

The wired Sharp Aquos TV has built-in DLNA support
A wired Sony Blu-ray / Google TV box uses BubbleUp for DLNA
A wired Matricom Android TV box also uses BubbleUp for DLNA
A wi-fi Samsung Galaxy tablet also uses BubbleUp for DLNA ... AND CAN CONNECT MORE RELIABLY THAN ANY OF THE OTHERS, but still not always.

I have Googled the Web and searched this forum and tried lots of "can't find Serviio" suggestions and nothing has helped. All I did was upgrade my speed and swap slower modems/routers/switches for faster ones.

OLD WORKING CONFIGURATION at 95 Mbps
Arris TM822 phone/cable modem --> Netgear N150 wi-fi router --> wired Win7 computer & other devices including a Belkin 54G wi-fi in access point mode --> wired Sharp Aquos TV & other wired and wi-fi devices ... All Serviio functions worked great!

NEW WORKING CONFIGURATION at 200 Mbps
Hi-speed cable split to Arris TM822 for phone and SB6183 hi-speed cable modem --> Netgear N750 wi-fi router --> wired Win7 computer & other devices including another SB6183 wi-fi in Access Point mode --> wired Sharp Aquos TV & other wired and wi-fi devices ... ability to find and use Serviio is now very unreliable as noted above ...

The problem was the Netgear N750 in Access Point mode ... I bypassed it with an Ethernet switch and everything now works fine. Netgear tech support is working on this issue.
