Disable Parent Categories in "Folders" Folder

Is there a way to disable the display of parent categories in the "Folders" folder? I only use Serviio for video so having to select Video when I go into the Folders folder adds an additional click that I don't need. I tried setting the Video category to "Display content only" (see screenshot) but that didn't have any effect on the "Folders" folder. I still have to go Home-->Folders-->Video-->[contents] to get to my videos.

Scroll further down on that page. There should be a checkbox to turn them off. I'm not home right now, so I can't confirm exactly where it is or how it's labeled.

I have the checkboxes at the bottom of the screen unchecked - didn't seem to do anything.

Thanks for the reply zip. I'll add it as a feature suggestion - would be great if the "Folders" folder followed the parent category settings on the Presentation tab to allow them to be enabled/disabled (or maybe had a checkbox to allow it to do that).

I join the request.

I share music folder e: \ media \ music.

When viewing as folder I see music folder instead of immediately its contents.

Please immediately display the contents of the shared folder and not needlessly name of the folder.

What would you expect if there you also share e:/media/housemates_music

If audio is the only thing enabled on the server, I would say that "Audio" should simply be removed from the root of the "Folders" folder.

Given these two folders.
e:\media\music
e:\media\housemates_music

Serviio currently displays:
[Main Screen]-->Folders-->Music-->music
[Main Screen]-->Folders-->Music-->housemates_music

If music is the only category enabled on the server, "Music" in the paths above is redundant and adds an unnecessary extra click. What should be displayed is:
[Main Screen]-->Folders-->music
[Main Screen]-->Folders-->housemates_music

For example, the settings on my server are as shown below. The only thing I have enabled is video, which means that that the "Folders" folder will never have an "Audio" or "Images" folder in it, the only folder that will ever be there is "Video", which causes me an extra redundant click to access my video folders.

If you are referring to when using mediabrowser, the category is still displayed, even if Video is the only category enabled and set to Show Content Only. Only the Video category is shown. However, if you are browsing via some other DLNA player, it should be as you list. I also do not have any presentation category enabled, same as yours. I do not see Music on my different players. What device are you seeing that is showing such a presentation?

Also, have to unchecked this box? See the attached image.

Thanks for the reply atc98092. Yes, the box you indicated is unchecked. I'm browsing media using the DLNA app on my Samsung TV (D7000).
