Serviio

Hello,

I am using the free edition of serviio for at least 2 years and it works flawless. I really like this software.

Last week I have upgraded to the pro version to use the mediabrowser on my ipad 1 and my iphone 4s. On both of these devices I can't see any video.

On the ipad the mediabrowser is not working. I can log in, I can see the banner (mediabrowser) and the remaining of the screen is black.

Also, on my iphone, I can log on but when I try to play any video there the triangle play button over the preview thumbnail of the video get striked through (as a do no road sign).

I run serviio on a centos 6.X.

Mediabrowser works flawlessly on a computer. Is there any configuration I am missing ?

Which client (browser) are you using. Try clearing the browser cache.

Try Chrome instead of Safari. Although I just tried Safari on my iPhone 6S (iOS 10.2.1) and it worked fine. It took about 20 seconds for the video to begin, so perhaps you didn't wait long enough.

I installed chrome on my iphone and I see the same behavior. When I press the triangle button (play) the page seems unresponsive then there is a strike through the triangle.

I upgraded the ffmpeg version on my server and I have solved the issue for my iphone. But I doubt the problem will be solved on my old ipad. I will try later.
