I need help streeming content from a camera connected with HDMI to pc. Please help

That is a video stream, not a file. While some have been able to get a computer desktop to stream to devices via DLNA, it believe it isn't easy. I suspect that if you have a file on the camera that you can download onto the computer, you will be able to get it to stream.
