[Solved] Serviio 1.8 CentOS 7

Hi,
firtsable sorry for my bad english...
I´ve been looking for in the forum and answer, but i have not see nothing.
I´m serviio user many year ago and i love it, but i was windows user.
Now i convert my old pc into a server for many things, and i choose centos 7 like OS. I´m not linux professional, but i can manage it minimally with internet help.

After been following this howto with the last serviio version, and fix java version problem, i´ve got 2 question/problems:

1º- when i see service status i´ve got the status of inactive... is this normal maybe because nobody is using it??

2º- I want to start de serviio-console, to administrate it from external web browser, but when i try execute it says me which: no xdg-open, which: no gnome-open. I understand that this is for graphical administrator, and it is an server without X. have i to dowload web based console?? or it has one or what??

this is my firewall rule list

I don't know about question 1 but question 2, if I understand you correctly, you have an os that doesn't boot past the console and need the web console. Maybe use lynx? They have a debian package that will work for centos, its a console text based browser. Apologies if I misunderstood but I think Lynx is what you want.

Thanks for your reply.
I think you have not understood me.
Don´t worry, i solved it.
I start manually serviio again from bin/serviio.sh, and now has appeared "Created user preferences directory".
Close it, start again de service and now it appear green running
