What does it mean ?

It means it hasn't found your NIC (network interface card) yet. Happens for example after your PC wakes from sleep - Serviio polls your network but the NIC hasn't initialised fully yet, so Serviio will wait a bit and try again. It's not a problem unless it doesn't find the NIC after 9 attempts....
