Encode RTSP directly to Servio

We're using Livestream Studio for sending a stream to their platform, but can add a local RTSP destination as well. Can one send a RTSP stream directly (from whichever encoder) to Servio or do you have to have another "server"for the RTSP stream in-between to pull from?

you can add rtsp live stream to Serviio. add it as an online source live stream.

What would one then use as the URL, the encoder?

I assume so. Whatever is broadcasting the rtsp stream.
