Series' user rating not working after upgrade to v1.9

I have recently updated to version 1.9 and found there is a problem with series' user rating retrieving (from TheTVDB.com):
This does not happens with films (TMDb) which are retrieved successfuly.
Additional info:
I have set locales to es_ES.UTF-8 (wich has a comma instead of a dot as decimal separator).
Is there any way to fix it?
