Library Only Refreshing if I Click Force Refresh

I have Serviio PRO v 1.9

I have the setting set to update library automatically, but it doesn't work, I have to manually click the Force Refresh to get it to refresh. Library Setting are in the attached.

Under each folder you've added there is an option to enable the poller method. Enable that and see if they now update.
