Watching a mp4 file and after 60 minutes, suddenly stops. "File Not Playable. The file type might not be supported, the codec used for compression might not be supported, the file might be protected, or the file might be damaged or corrupt." Happens with several mp4 files. What's the solution?

What other information do I need to provide? Or should I just delete Serviio and all associated folders and try a fresh installation?

I have seen that happen before when I was not using the correct profile for my device, although I never made it that far into the video.

So, what is your player, and what profile did Serviio assign to it? You can see the profile assigned in the console on the Status tab. Some devices are not identified correctly, so it might be worth trying a different one. If it says Generic, then Serviio could not identify your player at all.

If the file is transcoded, check you have enough space in the transcoding folder.
