Lost License File

Need to have my license resent to me. I have attempted to PM zip like some of the post suggest but cannot see HOW to PM him. Any help?

On the bar at the top of the screen, you should have a series of links to the User Control panel, messages, FAQ, etc. Click on the messages, and your inbox will appear. There is a button at the top that says New PM. Use that to create a message to Zip. Make sure you provide him with the email address you used when you purchased your Pro license.

OK, looks like you haven't made enough posts to have permission to send a PM. I didn't realize we had that limitation. There's one other method of sending a PM, but again your post count may not be high enough for it. Find any post from Zip, then click on his name to open his profile. There might be a link there to send him a PM. Otherwise, we need him to see your post and reach out to you.

Zip is Serviio. There is no one else, and this isn't his full time occupation. I'm sure you'll hear from him soon.
