Grundig GUS series of TV models -- how do I create a profile

I just added the Grundig GUS tv sink info to the wiki.
How would I go about to create a new profile for this class of device?
I have searched the forum and wiki but didn't find a tutorial.
Any pointers would be welcome. (I have also created an issue on the bug tracker.)
