How are you playing the video? Directly to a TV, or is there a soundbar or AVR processing the audio? What brand/model TV and/or player?

DTS can be a funny one, because unless you are connected directly to a soundbar or AVR that supports DTS you may have issues. Not all TVs will accept a DTS audio signal, nor send it out the optical port to an external sound processor.

I am streaming thru a windows 10 PC. I7, 16GB RAM thru Roku Premier plus thru a Onkyo TX-NR747. I have no issues with Windows Media Player playing DTS files. I was able to play DTS thru Serviio until recently.

OK, the Onkyo is capable of processing DTS without issue. Which Serviio profile had you assigned to your Premiere+? You should be using "Roku 4K Media Player (2016+)". This profile leaves the DTS audio track alone, i.e. no transcoding. If you want to see if transcoding the audio helps, try the "Roku 4K TV" profile. This one transcodes all DTS (lossless and regular) audio to DD, since few TVs will play it.

You can also test to see if your Premiere+ will play MPEG2 video, if you have any, as the TV lets that video codec pass. I know the Ultra will play MPEG2, but no one has reported to me if either of the Premiere players will. It MPEG2 will play, I suggest the "Roku 4K Media Player w/MPEG2" profile. That one will pass MPEG2, and also DTS lossy, but transcodes both Dolby and DTS lossless audio, since Roku is having issues passing the DTS core from DTS-HD files.

I know you said that DTS has worked until recently, but I believe the issue is with Roku, as I've also experienced issues with DTS with the most recent Roku updates. I'm comfortable saying the problem isn't with Serviio.

How do you assign a profile? I disabled transcoding, will see how that works.

Profiles are assigned on the Status page of the console. Serviio assigns a profile automatically, but doesn't always pick the best one.
