I have on PC Serviio Pro, is it possible somehow that laptop access my folder on PC and watch movies without internet, only with network sharing?

Since you have the Pro version, you can use MediaPlayer on the laptop (or any other computer on your network). Of course, another option is to share your media folder(s) on the Serviio computer and access that share from another computer. Then you just play the file as if it were located on that computer.

Or have I misunderstood what you are wanting to do?

you can also use VLC as DLNA renderer.

And there might be some apps in the store for that too.
