Movie won't show up

I downloaded Relentless and Relentless 3 and 4 respectively.
Relentless and Relentless 4 show up; however, Relentless 3 does not.
Why is this?
Can this be fixed?
Can you please help?

More Information:
- When you say it doesn't appear - on what device?
- Does the file show up in Mediabrowser?
- Does the file show up under the Folders category?
- Post MediaInfo for the file
- Post the full file name.

What model Roku? That media should play without transcoding. What Roku profile is selected? If you didn't change the profile, it's likely the default Roku profile that often transcodes files that don't need it.
And DenyAll asked some other questions. Does it appear in MediaBrowser? Does it appear under the Folders category?
I noticed in your file name path it mentions a download. I have no idea what Vuze is (just searched and see it's a Torrent client), but is there any chance the file has Digital Rights Management (DRM) applied to it? If so, you can't play it over Serviio. iTunes video contains DRM, and they too will not play or even appear in Serviio. Also, that file name is quite complex. It's possible that something in it is making Serviio think the Roku can't play it, hence not showing it. If it's shown in MediaBrowser or Folders, then we have a clue to go on.

OK, try using the Roku 1080 Media Player (2016+) profile. It has some changes from the default profile that might help you out.

OK, I see nothing in your media information that would make Serviio think the Roku won't play it. But Serviio uses FFMPEG to read the media information, and sometimes it reports something different than MediaInfo does. Please follow the instructions here (
http://wiki.serviio.org/doku.php?id=file_np) and post the information that FFMPEG returns for your video.

Rename the file to "Relentless.3.1993.WEBRip.x264-ION10 [tt0107941].mp4"
Adding the IMDB designation [tt0107941] to the file name will help Serviio locate the correct metadata for the file.

buildup, you did the FFMPEG command correctly, but the important information is missing. You only posted the very top portion, which doesn't include anything about the media itself, unfortunately. Please try it again and ensure you have the section further down that includes the stream info. It will look something like this:

You mentioned that the file appears correctly in MediaBrowser. Is the metadata correct for it (poster image and summary info?)

Pretty sure it will be metadata. I tested his file name and Serviio failed to find the correct title from themoviedb.com. Added the IMDB reference and all was good.
Unless of course there's more than one thing happening....
