MediaBrowser trouble

Hi there .

Im using Serviio pro what i bought years ago for media browser streaming service im running the version 1.10.1 on a win 7 machine at home . there is no issue with the pc itself or network i believe and lately when i want to watch some video it randomly restarts to the beginning or stops playing at all . not sure what the issue could be but it is very annoying . is there anything i can do to solve this ? the only reason i bought the pro version is to use it as mediabrowser. i dont own a tv . thank you

Re: MediaBrowser trouble

Could you please upload your Serviio log? We may need you to enable detailed logging if the basic log doesn't contain enough detail.

Re: MediaBrowser trouble

A couple of other questions as well. Could you report the codecs your videos use (see the link in my sig line for help gathering video info)? Also what browser are you using? Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari?

Re: MediaBrowser trouble

The K-Lite pack is for codec support on your computer. We need to know the codecs within the media file themselves. There's a link in my signature line that can help you find out what is within the file. Pick a couple of videos that has given you problems in the past. :)
