Fresh install needed on every computer reboot

I am running Serviio 1.10.1 and after a computer reboot I get the message "cannot connect to the server it doesn't appear to be running" and the only way that I can get it to start is to uninstall and do a fresh install. After that everything works perfectly until the next computer reboot when the same behaviour is repeated.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit.

Kindly provide a Serviio debug log or Windows Event log or any information to help you. This is not much to go on I don't know what you expect from this limited information. Willing to help but need more data. Thanks hope you get fixed. :mrgreen:
