Sharp Roku LC-xxLBU59!u series

So I have a Sharp Roku LC-55LBU591U that I use with Serviio. I have other devices I use including the blah but stable Samsung media player on my BD-C6800 player that can skip ahead up to 1 minute which is still painful but better than nothing and more importantly in most cases, it can rewind. The default profile was the Roku Media Player and that didn't allow for FF or RW and I tried both Roku TV profiles and they didn't work either. In another post I read that the developer chose DTS over RW and FF for Roku but my setup is only 2 channel and would only ever go to 2.1 in the family room so DTS isn't important to me. Does anyone know what modifications I'd need to make to the Roku 4K TV profile to get FF and RW to work? Would those changes also give me more than 1 minute fast forwards? Thanks.

Re: Sharp Roku LC-xxLBU59!u series

You could try the Chaneru profile, as it transcodes into HLS (applehttp), and that allows trick play.

But more importantly, what exactly are you trying to play that your Roku TV is requiring transcoding? can you provide the media information for a file or two that you play and FF isn't available? See the link in my sig line in you don't know how to retrieve the info.
