opensubtitles no longer work as of 03/2019

I just noticed that opensubtitles no longer work. I am using the latest serviio, and I have not changed anything, but every time I play a video I get the message
on my tv "If you wish to continue to user opensubtiles.org you must login". I checked my settings in serviio, and noticed I no longer see a login/password box for
the option "Enable retrieving subtitles from opensubtitles.org ". I checked and unchecked the option a couple times, but still no boxes for username/password.
I logged in to opensubtitles.org from my web browser and my account is fine.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for a great product!!

Todd

I found some more info. In the serviio subtitles download folder, it still seems to be reaching out to opensubtitles.org, but every subtitle file contains
the below:

1
00:00:00,001 --> 04:00:00,000
In order to continue OpenSubtitles
subtitles service you need to Log In

Which is also the text that displays on my tv.

Are you using a VPN? It looks like they don't require logging in, but might reject certain clients.
