SERVIIO not refreshing

There are many threads in this forum addressing this. Serviio not refreshing.
During the last several months, I have done my best to follow the suggestions.
these include:
1. switch to polling
2. uncheck auto refresh and do manual refresh.
3. go detail logging and inspect last entries to see if pgm is getting stuck
4. building a new folder and moving some known good media into it and adding that folder to the shared media list.
a. Serviio picked up the folder but the folder was empty.

I am using 1.10.1 Pro. I have a windows 7 Pro PC. I has always worked well. I thing it started messing up prior to going to 1.10.
Any help would be appreciated.
It would be nice to be able to right click a media file and force Serviio to look at it.

Thank You

I noticed this in my log when i tried to force refresh.

2019-04-20 20:30:24,934 INFO [LocalLibraryManager] Starting manual library scan
2019-04-20 20:30:24,936 INFO [LibraryOneTimeScanner] Interrupting library scan

Might this have something to do with the problem?

I believe I've seen an error like that when I media in a container and codecs didn't match any profile. Depending on the audio and video codec you have in that MP4 container, it's possible that it doesn't work with any Serviio profile.

Since you mentioned disc corruption, it's also possible that the files themselves are bad. I had some files that looked fine, showed the correct size, but when examined with ffmpeg or MediaInfo, they were empty.

Hi
Just wanted to say that my disk drive had damage. I fixed the damage and coppied from a backup the files and it worked. :D (Both playing video and serviio refreshing)

Thank you
