Cannot see my video directory

Hello,

I installed Servioo on Windows 10 Pro, and set up it for two directories : audio, and video.
I disabled Windows Firewall Defender.

I tried to access them from 3 devices :

  • Windows Media (on Windows 7 Pro) -> cannot see any of the directories
  • audio system Denon Ceol -> can see the audio directory
  • TV set Panasonic Viera -> can see the audio directory, but not the video directory

The permissions on the directories seem to be same.

I have an other DLNA service in my set top box, and doesn't have these troubles.

EDIT1 : Here what I find in the log of Serviio :

  Code:
2019-05-02 21:46:28,970 WARN  [RendererManager] Error while retrieving renderer description from http://192.168.0.28:2869/upnphost/udhisapi.dll?content=uuid:e120600b-da97-4fea-b6b3-977872b5e458: connect timed out

The IP is the one of the Windows with Windows Media.

EDIT2 : The movie directory (E:\Films\) is scanned, but is not displayed outside in the DLNA clients
  Code:

Thanks for help.

Just an FYI: Serviio is never available via Windows Media Player. It sees it, but never shows any playable files.

No, it is a local drive.

Thanks for the info. I tested that just to understand why it doesn't work with my TV set...
