Does Serviio 2 support remote users through web browser?
I've read that users are tied to devices, how would serviio recognize a
device over the internet, especially cellular? Just wonderering if Media Browser
supports usernames?

Yes, Serviio offers web browser access with the Pro version. MediaBrowser now supports user logins, so user access can be controlled. Using DLNA on your internal network it is possible to tie devices to user accounts, but there are no devices when using MediaBrowser.

Yep

Folder level, not file. But you can assign a MPAA rating limit to a user, so if you wanted to block all R rated videos you can do that as well.
