Hello,

Since 2 days, I have a problem with Serviio (version 2.0). I specify, first, that I am under MacOs High Sierra 10.13.6.
The problem came suddenly. In the morning, it worked very well, and returning in the afternoon, it was no longer working. I do not see him anymore in the media center of my box.

I have uninstalled it several times, and reinstalled, nothing changes.

I tried on the iMac of my wife, and there no worries, it is clearly visible on my box. I tried a trial version on an old PC, and it is also present on the Media Center of my Box.

I have just reinstalled it, and by going in the heading STATUS, there is no connected device (see screenshot).

Could you help me, if possible to solve my big problems?

Thank you in advance for your help.

PS: sorry for my english, i'm french

Could you place attach your Serviio log from the computer that it isn't working on? It sounds like there's an issue connecting to your network card, and the log might show what's happening.

Thank you. It appears to be binding to your network device correctly, with an IP address of 192.168.0.26. Is there more than one network card in your computer, say a wireless and wired connection? Is this address the correct IP address for the network that all your devices are connected to?

The fact it was working, and then stopped, indicates the possibility of something on your computer receiving an update that is blocking Serviio from using the network connection. I know nothing about the Mac OS, so can't offer any suggestion about what the problem might be. It's possible either a firewall or anti-virus application is blocking access, but again I don't have any Mac knowledge here to offer anything further. Perhaps another user can assist.
