Online Sources - file corrupt

I have added three new Internet Radio stations to the 200 existing stations but they are not working on my live server.
I had added then to my test server first and they all work OK. Both use Serviio Version 2.0.
As I added them manually to both servers I rechecked the settings in Online Sources on the live server (which is a slow limited PC) - all are correct and all streams validated OK.
I have tried stopping/starting the live server and done a "force refresh" on each station in Online Sources.
I then re-booted both live (it normally runs 24/7/365 unless there is a windows update) and test servers without any change. Also increased Serviio memory to 768m on live server.
But the new audio streams are still not working.

Checked on MediaBrowser on the live server which reports "html5: Video file not found" (sic) for each audio/livestream file ! (they work OK on the test server in MediaBrowser).
Also station icons (Thumbnail URLs) for these entries are not showing but are OK on the test server.

Any ideas?

UPDATE
1. Removed all the Online sources on my live server.
(Real pain as you have to delete each one manually as there is no block delete facility (this was reported previously as a feature request/bitbucket).
Imported the Online Sources .sob file, which loaded OK.
But now I have lost all 200 radio stations - they are listed in the console etc. but none now work.

2. Installed Serviio from scratch on another PC (i.e. a third machine).
No local library just imported the same Online Sources .sob file with the 200 radio stations including the three new stations that caused the original problem on my live server.
All loaded and working perfectly just like my test server.
Tomorrow I will re-install Serviio on my live server.

Where are the Online Sources stored.
I think the file is corrupt.

If I install Serviio over the top I am concerned it will not solve the problem as they are normally maintained on update (even if I manually delete them individually - this did not clear the issue before).
Uninstalling/reinstalling Serviio would lose all my other settings.

How do I reset the Online Sources file?
Perhaps Zip can assist.
