Upgrading Serviio

I have just upgraded to Serviio 1.10.1 from 1.5.1. I have been running 1.5.1 since its release and it has worked very well. It runs constantly and is used ever day for a few hours. It is my main source of entertainment. It only gets restarted when I put on windows patches (I am running windows 8). I have a large database of movies, a fair number of series I follow, music and family photos.
When I first did the upgrade every looked good. It took a little while for all the music to appear but other than that all looked well. Then I noticed all my series where disappearing. Now the next morning according to Serviio I do not have any series. I can see them all in folder view but none in series view.

All of my series have been added to the movie area. I am sure all the file names are correct. They have all been named using Filebot (great utility) and they were all put into series correctly by Serviio 1.5.1. Serviio does not seem to be parsing the file names.

I'm not sure where to go from here. I was intending to continue and install Serviio 2.0 for the multiuser functionality. That was the whole point of doing these upgrades. Now I am not sure whether to proceed to see if v2.0 some how solves the problem or resolve things before going ahead.

Any help would really be appreciated.

Problem seemed to solve itself.
This morning still no series so I thought I would tell it to scan for metadata again (3rd time). All my series started to appear and an hour later they were all there. Guess the 3rd times a charm.
Everything seem back to normal.

I think thetvdb.com had some problems
