sometimes a new content file does NOT show up till restarting the serviio services, whats the matter this is annoying!

ffmpeg is only used (to my knowledge) for transcoding. I don't think it's invoked for folder monitoring. Sometimes it can help if you enable the poller function on your library folders. On the Serviio console go to the Shared Folders tab, then click Edit on your configured shared folders. One of the options is to enable polling the folder for updates. Save the changes and you're done. It doesn't require restarting the server to take effect.

FFMpeg is used when building the library. When a new file is found, ffmpeg -i is run (for video files) to pick up the file's metadata

Tried this and still does the same thing, doesn't refresh "sometimes" when I have added and delete files!?

any1 have any other suggestions? Zip?
