Media not seen by Denon receiver
I recently upgraded my Denon AVR-3808A to an AVR-X4500H and have been trying to get Serviio to serve media to it. Serviio is running on a Synology NAS and has been working well serving media to Android phones, Playstation 3's, Android media boxes as well as Sony and LG OLED TV's without an issue. Unfortunately I'm not having any luck with the receiver.
For the Denon receivers, access to media servers is via HEOS. If I try to locate media via the receiver itself, I can find the Synology and it recognises the folder structure, but when selecting a folder with my chosen media, I receive a "no items found" error.
Interestingly, using the HEOS app on my Android phone works fine, the media is seen and the audio plays.
Does anyone have any ideas about how to browse media directly via the receiver?
