Activation

Purchased V2.0, recevied email that account has been activated. Worked great as trial. Lost media server access after 14 days. Would not allow me to activate with the link sent to me (needed app or association). Shows server is running, but need pro version activated. Will I loose all the set up I made if I uninstall and re install. Running on windows 10 on desktop.

You don't "activate" Serviio. For Pro to work for more than 15 days, you must purchase a license. Once purchased, you receive a license file that is uploaded into Serviio via the console.

If you did purchase a license, that email should have had the license file as an attachment. Please check that email again to see if perhaps your email client removed the attachment. If so, send an email back to sales (at) serviio.org with your purchase information and they can try to send it to you again.
