DLNA devices not connecting to Serviio on Comcast network

I recently switched ISP from CenturyLink to Comcast. Since the switch, I have not been able to access Serviio on any of the devices that I own that act as DLNA clients (Samsung Blu-ray, Panasonic TV and Netgear MP101). All of these devices worked when I had CenturyLink. I have looked through the Comcast modems settings, but can't find any settings that would cause devices not to connect to Serviio. I can still use Serviio Go on my phone, but I know that uses a different method of communication. I currently have Serviio Pro 1.10. Does anyone have any idea or solutions for fixing this inconvenience?
Thanks in Advance!

Perhaps your internal network IP addresses changed with the new router. CLink almost always is in the 192.168.0.x range, while I've seen Comcast use other ranges. So the first thing you need to determine is what IP addresses your router is handing out, then check all of your networked devices to ensure they've all received an address in the same range. Also make sure your Serviio computer is in the same range. You'll likely need to remove all devices that are listed in the Serviio console status tab, so only the correct devices are listed.

All devices have the correct IP addresses and are in the 10.1.3.0/24 range. The DLNA clients can see Serviio, but when I try to connect to the server, they fail to connect stating along the lines of "Connection to the Server Failed". I'm going to try to contact Comcast support and see if they can help.
Thanks,

It might help to see your Serviio log as well.

That's a strange IP address range for a CLink device. Did you change it manually? It's a valid private address range, just very unusual.

I was able to fix the problem last night. I decided to purchase a 2.X license, and once 2.1 was installed, all of my DLNA clients were able to access Serviio again. Not sure what the new version fixed, but I can now access Serviio again from my DLNA clients.
But now when I try to add a user in the console it gives me a Error 500. I attached the part of the log where the error is.
Thanks,

Odd. I'm uncertain what error code 500 means. I just copied the name you tried and tested it on my test server, which is also Serviio 2.1. It accepted it without a problem. Are you running Windows, or some other OS?

is it erroring on just that name, or have you been unable to enter any name?

I am running the server on Arch Linux. It errors on all names that I have tested (which have had a mix of numbers, upper/lower case letters and special characters).
Thanks,

OK, I'm not very familiar with the Linux install. I do know that some users on non-Windows platforms has had Java permission problems, although it hasn't been reported for this particular issue. You might ensure that Java has full access to your system. Just don't ask me how to do that... :D

After recopying the required folders, and making sure all folders and files had the same permissions, I was able to a user. So all my problems are fixed.
Thanks for your help!
