TV Pilots Defined as "Episode 0" (E00) Not in Series

This is a small matter, but thought I'd post should anyone have a solution or enhancement request.

I have a lot of TV Series and many have "Pilot Episodes". On iMDB, most of these pilots are "defined" as Season 1, Episode 1 (S1, Ep1). On a few, they are defined as Episode "0" instead. (S1, Ep0).

Serviio will correctly identify those designated as Episode 1 as part of the Series, and put the pilot in the "Series category" for viewing. However, Episode 0 defined files (I use "S01E00_Title_of_Pilot.mp4" as the file name) are not in the "series", nor the "movie" categories. They can still be viewed through the "folders" option, and have correctly assigned metadata.

There are only a few files like this for me, and I can still watch them, but would prefer they be included in the series. If anyone knows how, I'd like to know too. As an enhancement, it wouldn't be too important to me.

You have to check thetvdb.com for TV shows, and label your files to match their listing. That's the database that Serviio uses for TV, and for movies it uses themoviedb.com. I often find I've labeled a movie with the wrong year and either get no metadata, of the wrong one.

TheTVDB.com usually uses season zero for specials and sometimes for pilots. So if you're getting inaccurate data, check their site for confirmation.

Thank you. When I used S00E01 (as suggested by thetvdb.com) the two Pilots were placed within the series folder as Season 0.

Yep, that's the way it's supposed to work. I have some like that as well.
