Star.Wars.Episode.V.The.Empire.Strikes.Back.1980.2160p.BluRay.HDR.HEVC.Atmos.mkv
Video file not recognized by Serviio.
File has 60 some subtitles included, not sure if that matters.
AV media controller output attached.
MediaInfo export file attached as well.

While I don't have that exact title in 4K, I do have a couple of other Star Wars episodes in 4K, and all the rest as 1080. Serviio sees them all. When I rip mine, I only keep the English subs and audio tracks, but I doubt that has anything to do with it.
First, do you have Serviio Pro? If so, do you see the title in MediaBrowser? I would expect it is there. What you are encountering is possibly the player (which you didn't identify) doesn't want to play nice with that title.
Looking at the media info, especially the FFMPEG info screen, there might be an issue with some of the caption tracks. Perhaps that's because they are in a language that the computer isn't equipped to display. I'm not very familiar with how computers handle languages that don't use the Arabic alphabet, so that might be all those errors mean.
If you don't need all of those caption tracks, they can be removed using something like tsMuxeR. Then you can see if the title now appears.

I do not have Serviio Pro, so no media browser, but I use bubbleupnp and thats where I see Serviio not picking it up. Its not the player, but Serviio not recognizing the file as valid and adding it to the library.
I used AV Media Controller and the file does not show up there as well under my Serviio library.
My only guess is something to do with all of those subtitle tracks, but I'm not aware of limitations with respect to that, either quantity or language.
The original file name was "Star.Wars.Episode.V.The.Empire.Strikes.Back.1980.2160p.UHD.BluRay.REMUX.HDR.HEVC.Atmos-EPSiLON.mkv"

Resolved. I stripped out all the subtitle files and remuxed. Serviio picked it up then.

Sounds like it was the sheer number of caption tracks. I just checked my rip if the same Star Wars episode, and I see there are 29 caption tracks and seven audio tracks. As I mentioned, I only included the English tracks, so that likely accounts for the difference.
