Hesitation Issues

On a home network
27” iMac
Legacy version of Serviio (registered that I purchased a few years ago)
Wired CAT-6 directly from desktop to PS3 through my Samsung 55”

.mkv
.avi
.mp4

Files are all hesitating (as if they’re buffering)

This just started recently.

Doesn’t matter if it is a movie or a tv show
or a documentary. They all do it and is making
watching anything very unpleasant.
