Audio Playback Issue

I'll call this out now, as I'm not sure if this is a Serviio issue or a Roku issue, but I figured I'd ask here.

I have a new 4K LG TV that plays my movies from Serviio directly without issue, but when I try and play them through the attached Roku 4K Streaming Stick the audio is nothing more than an annoying buzz. The movies are all coded in AC3 audio and video is x264 (x265 if they are 4K). Some of my older movies still play fine through the Roku though. I have the Roku setup as "Roku 4K Media Player w/MPEG2" and the LG TV is setup as "LG TV / player".

Any thoughts are appreciated.

I've seen on the Roku forum a few complaints about an audio buzz. I just tried my Premiere (3920) with a couple of tracks and didn't have any audio issues. Most of my H.264 material are Blu Ray rips that have a lossless audio track, so Serviio is transcoding the audio to AC3. That shouldn't matter to the Roku, since it's just seeing the DD track, same as if it were the native track. I also tried some MPEG2 video with AC3 audio, and again did not hear any audio issues.

Based on the comments in the Roku forum, I'd say it's something specific with some models of Roku devices. I normally use my Shield for local media playback, so I can get the full lossless audio tracks.
