Pro version issue

Dear Sir, Madam,

I purchased your pro version last night and now it does not work on any of my TV's anymore. Please could you refund me under the 14 day trial period as I was very happy with it before.

I'm not answering for the Serviio developer, but perhaps we can find out what's happening if you can provide some additional information. You had a working installation, but when you installed the Pro license it suddenly what? Does it appear but not connect, or does it not appear on your player? Could you provide us your Serviio log? Just installing the license should have changed nothing.
