Viewing your Serviio log would assist with determining if there's any issue with Serviio actually running. But Serviio has always been problematic running on a Windows Server OS. Since it was working, and not it's not appearing, it most likely is due to an update from Microsoft that changed something. Perhaps it has turned the firewall access off for Serviio, or some other "update" is now blocking uPnP access.
