No connection

Serviio has stopped connecting on my whs2011
I haven't changed anything on the server or on my router so can't understand why it's stopped connecting

Viewing your Serviio log would assist with determining if there's any issue with Serviio actually running. But Serviio has always been problematic running on a Windows Server OS. Since it was working, and not it's not appearing, it most likely is due to an update from Microsoft that changed something. Perhaps it has turned the firewall access off for Serviio, or some other "update" is now blocking uPnP access.

How do I access and send you a log?
I can now get serviio to connect to the internet but still cant access it remotely

The Serviio log is a text file located in the Serviio install folder in the Log subfolder. The name is simply Serviio.log.
