Files with Dolby Vision not displayed

I downloaded a test video that uses HEVC video with Dolby Vision. Serviio recognizes the file as a new addition, but is not visible in MediaBrowser or my DV enabled players. The log has this entry:
WARN [MetadataExtractionCoordinator] Skipping processing metadata for an unsupported file (F:\Test Videos\dolby-vision-nasa.mp4). Message: Unknown video codec.

Besides not recognizing the H.265 video, which I believe it should, it's also talking about processing metadata, even though I have metadata retrieval disabled for that library folder. Everything in that folder is a test clip that doesn't have any online metadata available.

Why isn't Serviio recognizing this file?

Why is it looking for metadata when that function is disabled for that location?

Re: Files with Dolby Vision not displayed

I think someone suggested to replace ffmpeg with the latest version.

Re: Files with Dolby Vision not displayed

I'll try that. I had a C drive failure last week and had to rebuild my media server. So Serviio is a completely default installation.

Re: Files with Dolby Vision not displayed

Yep, that did it. I guess using a version from May 2020 was a bit out of date. :D
