Purchased Serviio Pro but lost licence

Hi,

I upgraded to Serviio Pro about a year ago and still have the email I received when doing so which contained a link to the licence for the pro version. I have had problems with my mac recently and had to reinstall osx only to find I don't have a licence saved for Serviio Pro and the link in the email has expired. Is there anything I can do to get back to the pro version as I have tried sending an email to zip at serviio .org but haven't received a response.

Try sales(at)serviio.org. Zip might get that one faster.

Just in case you do have the file saved somewhere, the file name is very long, starting with the word Serviio, then a long string of letters and numbers, with .lic as the file extension.

Thanks for responding, I have emailed both sales and zip @ email addresses and yet to receive a response. Hopefully I'll get it sorted before the trial period of my new installation runs out in a few days.
