can't find files after import

Serviio found my server no problem, and started importing my (largish) music library. I use a Windows. But after some time, the import was complete, but there are all the folders, but no files on my desktop. The cover art is there, the name of the album, etc. but nothing to PLAY!

One more thing: if I close the media brower, I can't seem to open it without quitting the appication, and opening again.
maybe I just did something wrong or I'm looking in the wrong place, I will be grateful for the help

Welcome! When you say Media Browser, you are referring to the web interface that Serviio has, correct? When you say there are no files on your "desktop" I'm not certain what you're looking at.

What sort of files do you have in your library? Are they MP3, M4A, or some other audio format? Have to looked at Serviio through another player (Smart TV, streaming player, etc.) and see if any files are listed?

Could you attach a copy of your Serviio log here so we can see if it's reporting any issues? You will find it under c:\Program Files\Serviio\Log.
