Prevent Serviio from spinning up the drive all the time

I would like to have Serviio to stop spinning up my disk all time. I mean, the disk is accessed maybe once an hour and in between the disk is spun down. This causes a lot of unnecessary spin ups/downs.

If I stop the Serviio service, the disk stays spun down.

None of my shares are configured to use polling.

Is the "Search for updates on currently shared files" option the cause of this problem?
