Serviio-Console Helper (Not Responding) Mac Activity Monitor

On my Mac, in Activity Monitor, I've noticed that there is just 1 process that is struggling: It says Serviio-Console Helper (Not Responding). It seems to always do this these days when I'm running Serviio; I have no idea when this problem began. The Serviio app seems to be working fine, but I'm concerned that the helper process could use up too many resources (especially memory), potentially slowing down my Mac.

This week, I was having some general problems with file and folder permissions. I found the folder Serviio-Console-Wrapper in user library > Application Support and the permissions look good: drwxr-xr-x 755. I applied those permissions to the enclosing files and to be extra safe went into Termminal and typed sudo chmod -RN for that folder.
However, nothing's helped and Activity Monitor still shows a problem with the helper process.
