How do you add video files?

Can not find any intructions.

I have added the FOLDER where my Video Files are stored, SAVED the setup.
Forced Refresh and nothing is displayed.

So How does one add Video FIles for playback on TV

You don't add files, you add a location. That is a folder. That said, Serviio has to have permission to access the file location. If you're using a Windows computer, Serviio runs under a Local System user account. This account has almost no network access, so if your file location is on a NAS or other networked device, it probably can't see it. The simplest way to resolve this is to change the user account that Serviio uses to the user account you use to log into the computer. This is changed using the Services applet.
