Help please, I bought Serviio Pro, when purchasing I specified the email [mod removed], a file with a license was sent to it, but then there was a glitch in the email and the email disappeared, how can I restore the file with the license?

I removed what appeared to be your email address. It's very dangerous to post your email address on a public forum.

Send an email from that address to sales (at) serviio.org and the developer can send you a new license file. It's possible your email is still available somewhere in your mail client (perhaps it was moved accidentally to a different folder), so you might search for it there as well.
