Unable to Fast Forward any Song format with ServiiGo App

Hello friends New user here, I Purchased the full version of Serviio and it is working fantastically in my qnap and on the go. only issue im having is that im using the ServiiGo app for android and for some reason none of the Music files will allow me for fast forward. I tried different formats Flac, mp3,m4A ect they all do the same. is there any way to correct this issue?

That's going to have to be addressed by the ServiiGo developer, who is not the same person as the Serviio developer. Will is the ServiiGo developer, and I can see he hasn't been on this forum in over a year. There should be some way to contact him through the Google Play Store or the app itself. I don't use it, so I have no idea how to reach him.

Is it possible to use another app other then Serviigo? ALSO thank you for your response

I'm not aware of any other app written specifically for Serviio. If you're inside your home firewall, VLC is a great player (with a terrible user interface), and there's other apps that work with DLNA. If you're outside your firewall, then a web browser is the only way I know to access Serviio. ServiiGo is the only dedicated app I'm aware of that works with Serviio from the Internet.
