Moving serviio to new Fedoa 39 system

OK, so I'm currently running serviio 2.1 on an old Fedora system. I'm finally upgrading to Fedora 39 with new hardware. I'm slowly trying to work out the kinks in some programs. So, while I'm waiting for answers on those, I thought I'd tackle serviio next. The 2.3 version is in place and I have the systemctl.service file in place as well. What is not in place are the serviio configuration files. I believe they are in the /usr/local/bin/serviio/library area. But, the db hasn't been changed since Dec 8th, which is not true. I pretty much update files at least once a day. Should I just ignore the date and copy over the directory, after stopping the current version first?
