file video stopped working

Hi everybody.....mi child is used to watching the same cartoon several time. The .mkv file is stored on my nas Synolgy and with serviio on docker for the broadcasting of the videos.

Two days ago the LG tv give an error "unsupported file"........but it's the same file, on the same server, with the same sistem....of the previus time.

What happened? Any suggestion?

The first thing I'd check is to make sure the profile didn't change on your LG TV. You can see the assigned profile for each player detected in the Serviio console on the Status tab.

If the profile is OK, then it's possible the file on your NAS has become corrupted. Possibly a sign you might have a hard drive beginning to go bad. Since it's in an MKV container, you can use a program like tsMuxeR to simply remux the file. It's super quick, since it's not doing any transcoding of the file.
