Hello. I have MacOS SSonoma 14.6.1 on Apple M2. Serviio 2.2.1 CR2 suddenly when I start the console instead of content there is just an empty white square, nothing can be configured or added. Reinstallation does not help. What happened and how can I fix it. It worked without problems for a very long time. I am very upset. What should I do?

If you use a web browser and go to localhost:23423/console do you see the console with the information available?

Hello. When I try to go to the link in the browser, it says that I can't access the site. Chrome browser version 128.0.6613.120, I just now downloaded servio 2.4 from the site, I launch it and again there is an empty window, I am very upset.

After completely removing and installing again, I tried to start the server manually through the terminal, it does not start and gives an error: Load failed: 5: Input/output error
Try running `launchctl bootstrap` as root for richer errors. . What should I do?There is only one user on the computer and he is the administrator.

I'm not conversant with Linux/Mac, so can't speak with any authority there. I would look in the Serviio log file for any clues. The fact the web interface cannot be connected tells me Serviio isn't running, but no idea why. The log might provide more information. The log should be in the Serviio installation folder in a Log subfolder. If the serviio.log file doesn't exist, that means Serviio can't even boot to the point it starts logging, meaning a hard failure for some reason.

Thanks to those who responded! I first removed the program with special programs for removal, then removed all references to it in the library, after which I downloaded the latest version of Java from the official site and installed it. After that, I installed the program and everything started working as it should! Apparently, the problem was in Java. I will be glad if this helps someone else.
