Serviio locks files

Windows 10.
Every time when some changes occur in a folder(new file added, file deleted etc...), Serviio locks all files in this folder for a long time (minutes).
It creates a set of probles that affect functons of other software.
The only way to workaround it - stop Serviio service (not server - it does not help), but it reset playback positions of played media over DLNA.

Any chances to fix this issue completely?

There's nothing to "fix". What Serviio is doing is evaluating the new files, gathering metadata information, and populating its database. It's something Serviio has to do, and in most cases the lock is gone in a couple of minutes. And in my experience it's not locking the folder, only the new files that it is evaluating.
