File scan problem

Hello, I'm using version 2.3, and for the past week, the folder scan hasn't been completed.

I have 65 files in a folder, but the scan often gets stuck at 14, then 15. I never see my 65 files. I uninstalled this version and reinstalled it, and nothing changed.

Any ideas about my problem?
:?:
Thanks.

First thing to check is your Serviio log and see if a specific file is tripping it up. I have seen that happen on rare occasions where something in the file doesn't register correctly. I don't think detailed logging is needed for that, but it's possible.

I have enabled debug mode, but I can't find the serviio.log file. I am using Monterey.

I’m unfamiliar with where it installs on the MacOS, but when you find the install location there will be a folder called logs. The most recent log file is named “serviio.log”.

The debug mode is enabled.

<Loggers>
<!-- <Logger name="org.serviio" level="info" /> -->
<Logger name="org.serviio" level="debug" />

I scan all my HDD and don't found "serviio.log"
